Frosty January

The frost was thick and slippery on a cold morning in January, with discs sliding along the grass and slipping through the chains, when Josh scored a New Personal Best — 9 points better than his previous record! — taking First Place for the January 2013 monthly, as well as reducing his handicap. Way to go, Josh!!!

Geoff also scored a New Personal Best, taking Second Place, plus he reduced his handicap, too. Good Job, Geoff!

Austin brought in Third Place, and his handicap is now the same as John’s right-hand handicap. (Do we have a future World Champion in our midst?)

Jason took Fourth Place and improved his handicap by 3 points, while Rob drove down all the way from Citrus Heights to take Fifth Place for January.

Congratulations to one and all!

The forecast for February isn’t quite so frosty, but it’ll still be mighty chilly. Be sure to bring your handwarmers!

See you on the course…..Marie
